First trip with the "Super Apache"

This past weekend was the first outing with the new camper. Learned a few things that need fixed or adjusted and a few things that I need to buy. Tire chaulks on top of the list. I was sceptical about it's size but am falling in love with it more and more. Pulled well through snow and mud and even crossed a creek with it. Loving this thing with my outdoor lifestyle. If the truck can make it through the trailer will definitely
follow.

I am located in Fond du Lac, WI
I am selling our Apache camper we are pretty sure it is a 74 Royal. At least that is what the last owner told us it was. The lift chain in the front is broke, and we don't have the time to fix it. We only use this camper for family and friends, but we no longer need it. We are asking $500 OBO. We have replaced all of the living hinge with the fabric sheeting that we have seen alot of people do. We had to replace the table. There is a sink and a stove...

There have been a few repairs science the last set of pics. The broken wall has been reinforced. The hide hole has been converted to a cook stove storage unit. Mostly though it was scrubbed down inside and out. Camp equipment is finding a permanent home. It is amazing to me how much storage this thing has.

Tom where did you get your tubular webbing?

I looked a your pictures, Great job on you camper. Could you please tell me where you got your tubular webbing I looked at Walmart and they do not have it. Is this a typical item to find in a fabric store or apolstrey shop? My 72 is in desperate need of repair. The bed cover on the front bed is broken completely off .

Hi everybody,

We finally were able to get our first camping with our "new" Apache Ramada 1975! There was some rain and wind and cold after, but we managed to bring all the gear from home and the boat storage, tow everything to the camping spot, clean and setup all the equipment (thanks to my lovely wife!), celebrate my birthday with a lot of friends there and have some time for the campfire after...

1978 Apache Ramada

I just bought a 1978 Ramada off of eBay and am so excited to start the redo process. When I started looking for our first camper I came across an Apache and fell in love. Upon searching Craig's list and eBay we found our camper. It is in good shape just needed a good cleaning and a few minor repairs compared to others I have seen.
