1980 APACHE RAMADA POP UP CAMPER-EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION - $3200 (COVENTRY, RI)
1980 Apache Ramada pop up camper. Sleeps up to 8 persons. This classic retro camper is a true survivor, and has been preserved very well. It is from dry, sunny California. I shipped it to RI in October 2008. Purchased from original owner's son. The interior and exterior are in excellent, original, unrestored condition! The frame and undercarriage are dry and rust-free. The ABS roof and side panels are in great condition. New tires were installed in spring of 2008.
If you are not familiar with these pop up campers, you will be impressed. It has durable ABS hard side walls and bed ends, with sliding plexiglass windows
and aluminum screens. NO CANVAS TO GET WET!! The hard sidewalls provide for much better sound and weather insulation.
Options include a power converter for 110 volt operation, 12 volt battery hook-up, LP gas cooktop, porcelain sink, fresh water holding tank, 2 speed ceiling fan, and porta-potti. There is also a 3-way refrigerator (I am not sure if it works or not).
The interior is very clean with original herculon upholstery (no rips or tears), and linoleum floor. It also has the original window and bed privacy curtains. Cabinets and countertops are in excellent condition. There is plenty storage space.
I am also including a VERY RARE factory awning and screen room attachment, along with a Coleman heater, Coleman lantern, and an electric heater.
