In good condition. I reupholstered all the cushions so they look GREAT. Broken propane heater was removed and replaced with more storage space. Looks like one wall MAY have a small leak, but I've tested it and can't find it. We've camped in it quite a bit and it's been great! We love the camper, but we're not using it much anymore. We live in Tallahassee, FL. I can send pictures.
