There was some rain and wind and cold after, but we managed to bring all the gear from home and the boat storage, tow everything to the camping spot, clean and setup all the equipment (thanks to my lovely wife!), celebrate my birthday with a lot of friends there and have some time for the campfire after... Call me crazy though, but I think you might have a 74 & not a 75. The outside name plates on a 75 should be all caps apache on the back & the script ramada on the front. I believe the 74's were the script model name on the back & nothing on the ftont. In addition, I think the ceiling inside should be paneling & not molded ABS. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about this. Just curious. Tom

In SE Michigan, we camped all the time. You'll have fun. I recently purchased a 1978 Ramada and replacing a few things (living hinge, tires, windows, ...) and getting ready for the "Maiden Voyage" in two weeks. From KY to MI is quite a drive, so gonna stay close to Cincinnati/NKY. I hope I can finish my Apache to look as good as yours! Pics soon.

Tom Not to hijack or anything, but the one I'm looking at is advertised as a 1975 as well. It does indeed have paneling on the ceiling but what is under the paneling? Is this an ABS ceiling or aluminum ceiling on the 75's? Thanks

The paneling sits on these metal supports. (they weren't very structurally strong, hence the current demand for roof rods) Above the paneling is a thin layer of insulation, and above that is the ABS road cover.
