1976 Apache Royal
We have a great royal for sale. We just got back from a whole week in it, and have realized that with having a disabled son we are in need of something bigger. We have been having fun fixing this gem up. The camper is completely dry except for a very small leak on one of the bunk ends. However, it's only gotten damp once while camping, during a VERY hard rain. The gear box was replaced 4 years ago, it has one brand new tire, the other is in fine condition. The floor is solid, with no soft spots, the power converter is in working order as are the AC outlets, lights, and exhaust fan. It also has new tail lamps. We replaced the countertop a month ago and put in a stainless sink and faucet. We chose not to put the stove back in for extra counterspace, but still have it if you would like to put it back in. The refridgerator was broken, so it has been taken out, works nicely for extra storage. LP system needs work, and some windows could use replacment, they've gone a little cloudy.
All in all, its a great camper, something that you could buy and use right away and tinker with as you see fit. These are great campers, no other manufacturer can say that their camper will be so popular 30-40 years from now!!
